Animated television series I Got A Rocket! has won an Emmy at the 35th Annual Creative Arts & Entertainment Daytime Emmy Awards in the category of New Approaches - Daytime Children's.
The series is co-produced by Australian based company SLR Productions as well as Taffy Entertainment, Sunwoo Entertainment, KI.KA ARD and Europool. It is a fast-paced comedy which follows the adventures of 12-year-old Vinnie Q who receives the best present a boy could ever get - a wise-cracking, gadget-packed rocket…who just happens to be his new best friend!
The 35th Annual Creative Arts and Entertainment Daytime Emmy Awards was held in New York on 13 June where more than 1000 performers, producers and craftspeople involved in daytime television, including drama, talk shows, children's programs, game shows and lifestyle programs from both the East and West Coast congregated at a single ceremony to honour the winners.
