The AFC/ABC Documentary Online initiative was established to encourage exciting and adventurous projects that exploit the possibilities of the Internet and challenge conventional documentary forms. The four documentary projects were selected from a total of 116 applications from around Australia. They were specifically produced for web-streaming and are hosted on ABC Online.
