Seumas Next has written and produced the documentaries Rockpool (with Neil Perry), The ABC of Swimming (with Pierre Grunenberg) and Odds On. One of Seumas' screenplays, Kennedy's Love Marilyn, is currently in pre-production. After completing a PhD in Reproductive Biology (University of Adelaide), Stephan Kern found himself unexpectedly working in marketing at 20th Century Fox UK. Since co-producing Rockpool, he has written and produced documentaries and music clips. He has also produced two features, Breaking Point and Guardian, with Ben Warner.

Michael Clarkin was assistant director on Ben Warner's Breaking Point in 2001 and producer on Guardian in 2002.
Ben Warner has written, produced and directed two digital feature films, Breaking Point and Guardian, and four digital short films Territory, Echoes…, Demon and The Clock.
Jason Munn has won several awards for his outstanding work as director of photography and editor. He runs his own commercial production company, Lizard Skin.
